Chinese occupation of Nepal border;  Humla has built four buildings in Lapcha-Limi

BEIJING: China has been illegally occupying the borders of its neighbors as part of its expansionist policy.  Nepal, China's all-time friend, has fallen victim to China's expansionist policies.  China has reportedly taken over part of Nepal.  China has built six buildings along its border without Nepal's permission.  China has built the building in Nepal's Humla district in secret.  Even the region has been barred from committing Nepalese atrocities.  The head of the local village council visited the area to find out about China's illegal construction.  He questioned Mutiny's troops at a Chinese construction site and received no response.  The new construction site is about 2 km from the Nepal border.  Nepal's district chief has investigated and reported on China's encroachment.  District officials have informed the Nepalese Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of External Affairs about the incident.  This is not the first time China has occupied Nepal's border.  Two months ago, the village of Rui in Gorkha district of Nepal was annexed to China.  In June, a survey by the Nepalese Ministry of Agriculture's survey department found that China had encroached on 33 hectares of land in 11 places in Nepal.  China has reportedly crossed the Nepal border by changing the course of a small river that borders the two countries.  While the Chinese government is expanding road connectivity to Tibet's autonomous region, the flow of many small rivers and canals has changed.
