Report published in the Moscow Times.  Russia's health minister, Mikhail Murasko, said 14 percent of the volunteers who had been vaccinated had muscle pain, weakness and a temporary rise in body temperature.  But after 24 hours, they are recovering.

 Despite much controversy, Russia is still testing the vaccine on the one hand and vaccinating sensitive groups on the other.  Russia is trying to sell the vaccine abroad.  Russia has reached an agreement with Mexico, Brazil and Kazakhstan, while Russia has its eye on India.

 Concerns have been raised as to when the number of people affected by the virus in India will reach 50 million on Wednesday, when the vaccine will come and when it will be put on hold.  All eyes are on the Russian vaccine Sputnik-V after a temporary problem with the Oxford vaccine test.  Russia has agreed to sell 10 crore vaccines to India.

 The Russian Direct Investment Fund has reached an agreement with Dr. Redis Laboratories.  A deal has been reached with Dr Redis Laboratories, one of India's largest pharmaceutical companies, to vaccinate Rs 30 crore.  The third phase of the Sputnik-V vaccine in India is being prepared for human testing by Dr. Radys Laboratories.  It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.  "If the Indian government registers the vaccine, it will be available by the end of 2020," he said.
