New Delhi: Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has made a statement in the Lok Sabha on the Indo-China border dispute.  "We want peace," Defence Minister Rajnath Singh told the House.  So far, the Sino-Indian dispute has not been resolved.

"In Ladakh, the morale of our troops has increased," said Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.  They have been encouraged.  While border disputes are a complex issue, they need to be resolved peacefully.  So China will not be allowed to achieve its goal.  In April, riots broke out in eastern Ladakh.  The clashes erupted on June 15 in Ghalwan, and our Military responded strongly.  China deployed more troops;  However, the goal was misleading.  India and China have suffered losses.  India disapproves of China's unilateral move in the LAC.  China’s violent behavior in the LAC violates the previous peace agreement.  "India is ready to deal with any situation," said Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.

Chinese troops violate border in LAC.  An agreement was reached on June 4.  Both countries agreed.  But on June 15, China violated it.  This led to violence in Galvan.  We don't consider it necessary to comment on such fabrications. "  By doing so, China has violated the understanding reached between the two countries.  China intends to change the shape of the LAC.  We are ready to face any situation.  The military has successfully dealt with the situation and has protected our borders.  That is why we are proud of our troops.

Tensions have been running high in eastern Ladakh for the past few months.  The armies of the two countries have come face to face several times.  Military talks between the two countries were held, but no change has been made.  Opposition groups called for a boycott of the assembly.  In view of this, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh made a statement in the Lok Sabha today.

The issue was raised at a meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in the Russian capital, Moscow, a few days later.  At a meeting with the defence ministers of India and China, it was decided that the two countries would resolve the issue through dialogue.  Then there was the Foreign Minister-level talks in Moscow.  However, Indian-Chinese troops have clashed in the eastern Ladakh LAC in recent days.  Efforts are underway to resolve it at the diplomatic level.
