The U.S. Department of Justice has convicted five Chinese nationals of hacking the computers of hundreds of companies and institutions in the U.S. and abroad, including the Indian government’s network, and stealing valuable software data and business techniques.

Malaysian nationals were arrested on Sunday, while Chinese nationals were declared fugitives, according to a statement from the judiciary.

For this, Rosen has sharply criticized the Chinese government.  "The Chinese judiciary has used all the tools available to prevent illegal computer and cyber attacks by Chinese citizens," he said.  Sadly, the Communist Party of China has chosen a different path.  That is, China will be safe from cybercriminals until cybercriminals attack computers outside China and steal intellectual property to benefit China.

Security researchers have discovered computer attacks using labels such as "APT41", "Barium", "WinT", "Wicked Panda" and "Wicked Spider".  Such attacks are stealing ‘source code6’, ‘certificate4 signature software code4’, ‘customer account information’ and ‘valuable trade information’, the researchers said.

On Wednesday, U.S. Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen made three allegations in the case.  According to the report, five Chinese nationals have been charged in connection with the computer hacking.  Some of them have also been accused of supplying prey to hackers and helping to sell hacked data.
