India has taken a step towards self-reliance.  The first native browser in the country, the IC browser, was launched.  It was launched by a former employee of Tata.  Surprisingly, more than 400,000 people downloaded the app within hours of its launch.  The app has emerged as an alternative to China’s UC browser.

 The IC browser app has been created to prevent data theft from the Chinese app from India.  Since its server is in India, it is unlikely to steal data from it.  It also has a good feature that says no data is saved.

 Most importantly, the information found after using it is automatically deleted from the history.  It also has a short video app that is said to be more popular than Chinese video tickets.  It also has a short news feature.  It also provides information on trend news soon.

 However, the demand for this app has increased since the UC browser was banned in India.  It is also said to be the first choice of the people as it is a native app.  It was launched today by more than 400,000 people.
