Barsha-Anubhav divorce case suspended
The Supreme Court has heard the petition of his wife Barsha Priyadarshini to transfer the divorce case filed by MP Anubhav Mohanty to the Delhi Patiala House Court. The case was heard at the Janikia bench of Supreme Court Justice Hrishikesh Roy. The Supreme Court has adjourned the divorce case in Patiala House Court. In addition, the Supreme Court has advised lawyers on both sides to negotiate a consensus between the two sides. The next hearing is set to take place after the settlement.
