Who is bothering the newborn baby girl and who is hugging her.  The troubled baby girl, who was rescued a few days ago from Ayurvedic College in Balangir, has now found her mother in her arms.  A couple from faraway Bengaluru came and adopted the baby girl.

The incident took place on March 8.  A baby girl was rescued from a ditch near Tulsinagarpada Ayurvedic College in Balangir.  The newborn baby girl was screaming near the canal.  .  People were shocked to see the baby crying.  Neighbors rescued the girl and treated her at a nearby Ayurvedic college.  Childline staff then admitted the baby girl to Bhimvoi Medical College Hospital.  After recovering, the baby girl was taken into custody by the Child Welfare Committee.  Since the baby was rescued from Tulsinagar, it was nicknamed "Tulsi".

After eight long months, Tulsi has now found her mother's lap.  A couple from Bengaluru came and adopted the baby by applying online.  The couple, who did not have children even 16 years after the marriage, happily committed suicide by taking the baby in their arms.  Balangir district magistrate Chanchal Rana handed over the baby girl as a foster daughter.  DCPU, CWC officials were present at the time.
