New Delhi, Sep 20: The number of Internet users in the country has reached more than 74 crore 30 lakh . This is the end of March 2020, according to a quarterly report released by TRAI. Of these, the number of users of Wireless Internet is more than 72 crore 7 lakh. That's 97 percent of the total users. According to the report, the number of customers using the Internet by Weber is 2.24 crore. The number of broadband users in the country is 92.5 percent. They number more than 68.74 crore. On the other hand, the number of customers using Nero Band is 5.57 crore, according to the report. As of December 2019, the number of Internet users in the country was more than 71.80 crore. It later grew by 3.4 percent, according to the report. Reliance Jio has a market share of 52.3 per cent in the market, while Bharati Airtel is second with a market share of 23.6.
