Aryan Khan, Shah Rukh Khan's son, has been reassured in the Mumbai drug case.  Aryan will have to remain in jail until the 13th.  The NCB was due to file a lawsuit in court today, but the investigating agency asked for more time.  The NCB asked for more time, saying the paperwork was ongoing.  The NCB will respond by 11 a.m. Wednesday.  Aryan's bail application will then be heard at 2:45 p.m.  Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were granted bail on Saturday.  However, the court rejected the bail application.  The NCB then interrogated Aryan's driver for about 12 hours.  Aryan Arthur is currently being held in the Quarantine Cell at Arthur Road Jail.  Aryan was arrested by the NCB from the Rev Party.

The hearing began today after Aryan's lawyer filed a new bail application in the NDPS court.  After receiving a notice to file a bail application, the NCBC councilor said it would take weeks to file a reply as the bail application was pending.  They can file only one bail application before ten years.Appearing on behalf of Aryan Khan, lawyer Amit Desai said the man would be in jail for weeks.  The bail hearing does not depend on the investigation.  I am not arguing for bail, I am arguing for an empty date.  Moreover, no one’s freedom can be undermined for administrative reasons.

So, he appealed to the court to hear the case this afternoon or tomorrow.  "The rescue squad wasn't called for him," she told the Associated Press.  "It simply came to our notice then.  There is no evidence against him, and no material has been found in him.

 In response, Special Public Prosecutor Sethna said, "We have filed a case against Desai and we will file a case against him."  We will not be able to respond to everyone else.
